5 Keto Snack Hacks for When You Don’t Feel Like Cooking

These are my go-to “lazy day” keto snacks — quick, simple, and low carb. All done in under 10 minutes, and all taste amazing!

1. Air-Fryer Pizza Bites

Ingredients:

1 low-carb tortilla

2 tbsp sugar-free pizza sauce

¼ cup mozzarella

8 pepperoni slices
Macros (per 2 bites):
120 cal | 9g fat | 8g protein | 2g net carbs

2. Loaded Pickle Chips

Ingredients:

8–10 hamburger dill chips

¼ cup cheddar

6 pepperoni halves or jalapeño slices
Macros (per 5 chips):
85 cal | 7g fat | 5g protein | 1g net carb

3. Crispy Canned Chicken Patties

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz) can chicken, drained

1 egg

¼ cup shredded cheese

1 tbsp almond flour

½ tsp garlic powder
Macros (per patty, makes 4):
130 cal | 8g fat | 13g protein | 1g net carb

4. Crispy Cheese Quesadilla Sticks

Ingredients:

1 low-carb tortilla

½ cup shredded cheese

1 tbsp butter or oil
Macros (½ tortilla serving):
210 cal | 16g fat | 11g protein | 3g net carbs

5. Cottage Cheese Lava Bowl

Ingredients:

1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp Swerve Confectioners

Pinch sea salt
Macros (entire bowl):
270 cal | 18g fat | 24g protein | 4g net carbs

💡 Total for all 5 recipes:
~815 calories | 58g fat | 61g protein | 11g net carbs
